- Eforms: Facilitates different document management for each available categories and sub-categories
- Document center: Maintains different document library like User Guide, Manual, etc.
- Knowledge Hub: Facilitates the internal knowledge sharing of blogs, events, ideas, opinion etc. Each blog can be sync based on category.
- Business Units: Manages all the internal sites for departments like HR, Information Technology, Inflight Services, Engineering, Links, Airways services, Foreign Services, Sales & Marketing etc.
- Events: Notification are sent for reminder alerts for upcoming events, functions, meeting, etc.
- Even NEWS feed support is provided with functionality to share it on various social media like Facebook and Twitter.
- Manage department based dashboard reports based on Power BI
- Search functionality from the complete solution and displays the result as per the keyword matched
- Manages the data for the currently available Special Offers/Discounts/Vouchers on the different Packages, Hotels, Flights, etc.
Result
Our developed solution has enabled the client with a variety of custom software application benefits. As a result of the Custom app, the client has a fully-functional intranet platform which is extremely streamlined and easy to use. This collaborative platform has empowered them to easily communicate between different business units, share files, provide access to selected users and also create a reminder for upcoming events. We have also allowed our client to integrate multiple other features(for future) like add, search, share or store data or any other facilities.
