TatvaSoft successfully developed the video recruiting solution with following features:
- Recruiters can create and send an Introduction invitee to candidates via email.
- Candidates can view a personalized welcome message, deadline of submission and talking points from their recruiter in the app.
- Candidates will be able to make their profile video. The video will have time limit of 10 seconds. They can review their video and remake it.
- Recruiters will have rights to review the profile video of candidates, approve it, re-submit it or reject the video.
